43 isn't old if you 30. As long as both of you are single there isn't anything wrong with a little flirting at the office.

You are 30 years old. I think once you have passed the age of 30, there is no more age limit on relationships. Go ahead and be with the 43 year old man. 43 is NOT old, and 30 is NOT young. I think yall will do just fine. Good Luck.

Woman - Go for it. He is not too old. If you were 10 and he was 23 then yes but you're not anymore so get some and move on. If you like eachother that is great. many people have larger age gaps. I'm not a fan of large age gaps but this one is fine. Especially if it is good and not just sex.

i personally believe that older guys seem to be good for a relationship than young guys because they are more mature and responsible. However, flirting is a different matter. Don't hesitate to flirt with him, you are going to enjoy flirting with an older man. Try new things;-)

Age is but a number.
If you both enjoy the flirtations of the other, quit worrying what is old and young.
Flirt away!

wot is really your problem the age gap or the fact that there would be rumors at work? you both enjoy each others company, you are both single so age shouldn't be a problem.

you are already 30 and you are still concerned about his age? shouldn't you be more focused on his character and maturity? age is just numbers. since both of you are single, what's wrong?

of course, you can never love anyone whos older than you because they are older than you. i mean, duh. it only works if you are both the same age, and therfore both just as experienced. if he was more experienced and therefore smarter and wiser in the ways of relationships, why would you want to be with him? i know you girls like it when guys act retarded, why would you pass on that?
