Outrageously beautifully hats are at Disneyland Hat shop on Main St. Ordinary pretty hats at most high end department stores, Joseph Magnin,Dillards, Macy's, or Boutiques.

Heck, just go buy one you like at any store, and design it yourself
You can put some broche pins in, or wrap scarfs on the rim. It's
cheaper to make your own, plus , it will be original !
