There is no homade post-coital spermicide that is safe and effective. Depending on where you are in your cycle, you might want check into the morning after pill ASAP!

Call your doctor immediately, the emergency number if necessary. Have them call in a prescription for Plan B or Prevens to the all night pharmacy. Emergency contraceptive is very effective.

u can go to the dr. and get the morning after pill it's good for 72 hrs. but once it's in it's in.
