It depends on the context. If someone is speaking of all girls (i.e. speaking generally) then the plural form would probably be correct, though in normal conversation the singular is acceptable (formal writing would be different, though I can think of very few instances outside of high school where someone would be using a sentence like that in formal writing). Of course, is one specific girls is being discussed then the singular is correct.

Well it depends on what context they are saying this. If asked for someone's individual choice then the answer would be the first one and if someone is asked on a general basis then they would go for second choice. for eg
If a man is asked what qualities he wud want his wife to have or what kind of girl he wud want to marry then he can choose the singular option coz obviously he wud want to marry only one at a given point of time.

on a general level like if you ask about kind of girls whom you want to talk to or may be date or may be friends with, then you can go for the plural option .

If you are saying for a girl that first one is correct and if you are saying for many girls than second one is correct.

Either is correct. In one case, you are saying that you like all girls who meet the listed set of qualifications. In the other, you are speaking of one particular type of girl that you like. The sentence is really saying "I like a [type of] girl who is..."

when we have already declared a girl who is then it is singular. When we say I like girls having is also correct as it has already been declared plural. So both are right.
