Love this question and it is easy for me to answer. I would love it if we humans did not have the need for sleep because then I would not have to live anywhere/or have to seek and pay for shelter. That is the only basis for needing a place to live-somewhere to sleep. Otherwise homes are nothing more then large storage compartments. Since sleeping out in the world is often unsafe and illegal, we are forced to find shelter at night. I would be free to wander without ever being vulnerable to the state that we are placed in when we sleep, if the need to sleep did not exist. But it does...fun fantasy question though

I'd like to change the nature of death. In order to get to the next life, or whatever awaits us, I'd like to make the process more user-friendly. Instead of the typical painful process of waiting weeks and months in a hospital with tubes running in and out of our bodies, unspeakable agony, our heads ready to explode with fright or the sudden excruciating jolt of pain from a heart attack or knife to the belly, I'd like this: A month or two before your final earthly moment a lovely invitation comes to you explaining in an upbeat manner that your time is drawing near. In the meantime you go out into the world and do every enjoyable thing you ever wanted to do, have going away parties with you friends and relatives, ask for forgiveness to those you've been unkind to and tell those you love that you love them. You do all this pain-free. When it's time a beautiful stretch limo arrives with a full bar and surround sound HD TV, you cozy into the plush interior, say your ''see ya soon"s and are whisked away to (I hope) a better life or afterlife.
No blood, gore, or grieving relatives left behind.

One thing which could change the world and human behaviour if it didn't exist in humans, according to me, is the sexual hunger/need/desire in us. Sex can sometimes make us do something we wouldn't want to, it can make us imbalanced. Physical desires can make us think differently and do things which we can later regret. If this didn't exist, maybe life would be less beautiful but a lot simpler as well. We might be able to save a lot of relationships, people might not be able to take advantage of certain things, the male/female divide wouldn't exist and i think a lot of other things would be a lot better. but i know, you would disagree.

Not having to defecate is NUMBER 1 on my list. Not defecating properly is very problematic for so many people, esp. elderly or anyone with a lot of fried foods/low veggies diet. Leads to hemorroids, constipation, and diverticulosis
(where you get air pockets from overstretched pockets of your colon wall, leading to fecal matter getting stuck and then you getting infections and swelling). BAddddd stuff!!!

I hate doing the act of elimination. Quick and dirty the best. hehe. I can talk about poop all day. NO problem, but wish we didn't have to eliminate.
