I wouldn't have, but then again; Denny told Bailey that he cut the LVAC tube himself. That clears her of any official wrong doing, even though she confessed to cutting the tube at the prom. The fact is that he didn't die because of what she did. He died because nobody was up on the cardiac floor watching him as he stroked out. That is because they were all at some stupid prom. Even Bailey was at the prom. She was the one who should have been up there watching him. The Chief screwed up by having the surgical staff down stairs. So they are all to blame. I just wouldn't want her on my rotation.

Since it is a show they wanted her back on the show. They never mentioned the big check and what she did with it. We need to know. In real life there would have been a hearing to see if she could be reinstated.

Heck no! That was a breach of medical ethics. In real life, the hospital would have fired her and her license to practice would have been revoked. They may have even filed criminal charges on her for negligent homocide.

Yes, well she is one of the lead actors and most interesting characters.
I hope (if I'm ever in need of a heart) I have a Doctor willing to go to any lengths to save me.

yeah...she did really well being an observant...meredith was stupid for not considering Izzie's position on the patient
