Don't know if this is any different, but according to the Billings Gazette, the BIA is conducting an investigation. The Northern Arapaho tribed issued a news release on Tuesday stating the BIA should have stopped the Sun Dance before it ever got started and apparently the BIA isn't talking. Personally, sounds like the BIA wanted to stir things up a bit.
