Where is my paid titanic game?

I purchased the titanic game on October 26,2006, and e-mailed yahoo several times, kept getting we don't have the number, maybe another user gave you the game. I replied on my Yahoo confirmation e-mail, with my Yahoo ID, and they don't have it, but they do have my money. Just let me have the product I bought.

How do I get my game after I’ve bought it?
1.If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.
2.Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.
3.Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.
4.Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer.
