If you try different computers it is possible you have lost the connection to the server. Turn the system and the modem off and turn the modem first , light are stable, connect to the computer and restart it.
If the modem works with an another system there are usually two problems:
Windows ( you can run system restore and choose a date when it was working)
Network Card ( possibly dead motherboard , the NIC card is mostly integrated, if your computer is out of warranty, you can by a network card for cheap and install it)

... I need more information than that! As in.. do you have a wireless connection? If you do, then you've got a wireless router as well as your DSL one. Turn off the computer, take both plugs out, insert them back in at the same time, and turn your comp back on. If the connection still doesn't work, then just restart the comp. That should do it. Otherwise, I can't help.
If it's connected to your DSL (no wireless), and *I'm not sure if this works or not since I have wireless*, but try doing the procedure above, but just with the DSL plug. Duh.

reboot your router. if one PC is on the internet and the other isnt then check to make sure that PC network card looks ok, shut off firewalls and reset your browser setting and run internet connection wizzard. those are the basics you can try for that PC.
