I did when I lived in London. It took me awhile to realise it, but after a month or so, it was slowly driving me crazy.

It was dark and rainy all the time and I got quite depressed. I had to come home to Queensland and reaquaint myself with sunshine in order to recover from it :-)

lack of sunshine lowers hormone levels.
you could try fish liver oil for Vitamin D.
or move to Australia. Summer is just beginning here.
Sun, sand, the beach, lovely women, cold beer, barbecues.
Have I forgotten anything??

I don't personally but it is a disorder. Go tanning or get yourself a special lamp that imitates sunlight. Both of those will help with vitamin D.

Yes, I've been feeling very sluggish since the clocks went back last week. Having less sunshine definitely has an effect on you.
