Get an upper gastrointestinal series (GI). It is a barium swallow and they put you through a scan...all painless. Better safe than sorry. My sister had a weird thing like that ...a "benign tumor that acted malignant." Funny way to put it,huh? It was a desmoplastic tumor. She had an exploratory and they came up with 3 differ net diagnoses so they sent her to Mayo Clinic...she lost her spleen, part of her transverse colon and pancreas and luckily did not lose her left kidney. So...go get that scan.
Upper right quadrant tho sounds like gall bladder problems or the ducts. Good luck.

For 6 days, probably NOT gas. I would think an Ulcer. You should definitely go see a doctor. These can be very dangerous.

you need a temporary change of diet.
raw celery has amazing power to get things right.
if you eat lots of fried food or saturated stuff
you seriously need to back off that.
