I'd say yes for the price. I got a 420 watt one for just barely less...and actually it's the exact same except it's a Thermaltake and the connectors on mine are white and not black. Even the shape of the connectors is the same lol.
edit: listen to the guy below me. I just bought the supply he's linking to and it's great.
