In a horoscope 4th house is very important for general satisfaction and over all success. In your Chart the 4th house receives the malefic aspects of both Shani and Mangal...therefore you would have been an instrument in lifting others but your own ship still facing sinking dangers!
The good Moon is heavily afflicted due to the aspect of Shani over it...so you would have anticipated good returns from others for your timely help to them but once they frown on you after receiving your good help, you would have thought to (better) away from them. Go to www.astro.com and make yourself a birth chart. Once you have a chart made, start checking out what planets are in and what rules over the 2nd, 6th, and 10th houses. 2nd house is finances/money/posessions. 6th is work. 10th house is public/career image. That will give you a head start as to what will influence your life continually.
If you have any planets in your 2nd/6th/10th house, and you want an interpretation: just go to Google and type in (for instance) Sun in 2nd house or Venus in 10th house. That should give you a head start.
To know what's going to happen in the next 2-3 years, you'd need to look either at a progression or transit chart. Transit chart would be good for what's going on right this moment. Or you should schedule it for a certain time in the future. See if there are planets transitting through any of the houses, and do the same thing as above to interpret.
