I'm really just amazed that you're asking about a stun guns in the toys section. o.o
the sportsman's guide has one, but there are restrictions on it and they won't ship to those areas listed on that page. they also suggest checking with your local authorities for restrictions on them. if you don't care about that and just have to have a taser anyway, you suck and I'm sure some dishonest creep from ebay will sell you one.

For sure you can get a good deal and find a taser gun on www.ebay.com. But if thats not enough google it.
