Tazz is now in ECW as the commentator... JBL isn't the announcer, he is juz a commentator alongside Cole...

Cause he got his butt whip by " Rey Mestrio '' in a I Quit Match and lost and tazz went to ECW as a announcer, So SmackDown need a another announcer and Teddy Long but JBL in Tazz place

JBL has a bad back injury that may prevent him from wrestling again so he's an announcer now. Tazz is now the announcer for ECW.

Tazz is now the announcer for ECW, along with Joey Styles. JBL took his place on Smackdown, he is pretty good at it and brings much needed humor to the program.

JBL has a bad back, so he's moved into the annoucing role. Tazz is doing the ECW commentary.

JBL is gay and accepted the fact that he can't wrestle worth crap. Tazz went to ECW on Sci-Fi(although I don't know what wrestling has to do with science fiction.)

tazz went to ecw to be an announcer and jbl is announcing because his back is hurt and if he keeps wrestling he may suffer a serious/crippling type injury to his spinal cord.

JBL... As much as I ***love*** too hate him is one smart mo'fo. I would have been a very very VERY sad little squirl too see him go. When the ECW brand was just starting too come up in meetings he put his hand up too be Taz's replacement. His line of thought was pretty damn simple. Taz and Lawler fued and Taz ends up on ECW and Lawler ends up on Raw.... Leaving a bit of a void on Smackdown!. He called that one right down too the second. Vince got a bit techy about that fact and had him endure some pretty horrific house shows in the lead up too this.
End call? JBL calls color on Smackdown! as a heel.
JBL is a ***brillant*** man when it comes too wrestling. It just turns out he was able too spot a perfect opprotunity when it happened.
I'm hoping that Vince comes around in his thinking in the future and offers JBL a legend contract to complement his announcing duties.

tazz had enough with smackdown so he went back to his starting point ecw, and JBL has an injury but i think he is doing better anyway commentating
