It was the "Forbin Project" starring Eric Braeden and Susan Clark. It was released in 1970.

Could also be that Jack Ryan "Sum of all fears" film with Ben Affleck, at the end, then again I am probably wrong

The film you are talking about if i recll is named "Fortran"- but I 'm not 100percent about that - I remeber the film- the computer got nasty as it connected to others globally-It would even protect itself if attempts were made to turn it off-
