the doctor did surgery anyway he assured me it was safe but in fact I was out on life supports Oct 10th to 16th. I had trouble breathing as I told surgeon that I did have. Do you think i have case for malpractice? I have had mental problems because of this such as panic attacks

I think it would depend on why you had the surgery, and what precautions the surgeon took in making sure you didn't have any problems. For example, if you had a life threatening problem you may have had no choice but to have the surgery, but if it was something minor perhaps you should have been advised that surgery was not the best option given your past problems. Also, did the doctor ignore what you told him, or did he take extra precautions to try to make sure you didn't have any problems?

Can you find out from the doctor or hospital what caused these problems? I would suggest talking to a malpractice attorney. They would probably be able to tell you if you have a good case.
