If the boyfriend isn't available! Get into your trunk and get out your jack and your spare tire and tire iron (Lug wrench). Follow the directions on the jack and put it together then put it under the frame of your car near the flat tire, to Jack up the car. Before jacking up the car loosen all the lug nuts on the flat tire. Then jack up the car till the tire no longer touches the ground. Pull off the lug nuts , taking care not to loose any. Then pull of the flat tire and put aside. Get your spare tire (provided it's full of air) put it on your car and replace the lug nuts! Make sure they are good and tight. Flip the lever on your jack and lower your car back to the ground. Put your flat in the trunk and take it to a tire repair shop. If all this seems a little to much to mess with, just wait for a really nice guy to come along and help you out. You don't generally have to wait very long. I've never actually had to change a tire myself. But I've watched lots being done!!
