Yes, because HIV, and AIDS,. Hepatitis C is a lot more expense to treat as a disease, and for public safety. Allow the Junkies to get out get clean needles, and someone their may talk to them give them idea of why they should give up their addiction. Its a illness drug addiction a mental one, and we treat too many people caught with drugs as criminals that is wrong. We should reduce harm to the general public with drugs rather than fight the war like Untied States government or a lot western governments goverments do. They looked to cut supply of drugs, but what it does is make it more expense for the addicted to maintian thier habits, and results in crime to feed habits. Legalization of drugs would sapp a lot of street crimes out acutally, but I dont expect the goverment to legalize drugs anways. Herion users have a mental illness, and should not be all treated as criminals

2. Offer FREE drug treatment
3. Provide settler to the HOMELESS

Since "Drugs Kill" I say we just give them all they want. That way they would not have to break in my house or car to steal to get money for drugs. I say if they want a gram lets give em a pound.

Better yet, we should decriminalize the drugs. If drug addicts could get narcotics by prescriptions, there would be little need for them to commit crimes to maintain their habit.
