Did you see Oprah today? I was impressed with the book they were talking about (YOU ON A DIET)?

Have any of you read about this and/or tried it? I like the scientific approach to the plan.

I also liked how inexpensive it was at Walmart. (Regular retail $25; thru Walmart almost 7 dollars less)

Any stories out there?.

U know, i was to. I was impressed by the fact that it looked like a VERY heathy diet. Fresh fruits and vegies r good for us anyway, and the doc was right when he said to read the labels. Half the stuff on those boxes we can't understand anyway.
