Technically you are not rebelling as the seizure of crown property under the right circumstances is legal, according to article 61

There are 25 appointed Barron's who are basically the first politicians.

In layman's terms if the monarchy or anyone associated with it, eg. servants public officials breaks the law (magna carta contract)
and at least four Barron's are alerted to the breach they will step forward and convene with the king or in his absence the chief justice to let it be known, From that moment the king has 40 days to basically compensate the said party if this is not done the 25 Barron's get together can take what they see fit from the monarchy but cannot harm or seize any royal person in any way. Its not really rebelling as it is written as part of a contract, rebelling would be going against rules of law, which is not being done here as the monarchy has not committed to its agreed role in the said contract (magna carta).

The most significant clause for King John at the time was clause 61, known as the "security clause", the longest portion of the document. This established a committee of 25 barons who could at any time meet and over-rule the will of the King, through force by seizing his castles and possessions if needed. This was based on a medieval legal practice known as distraint, which was commonly done, but it was the first time it had been applied to a monarch. In addition, the King was to take an oath of loyalty to the committee.

"Rebel" in this sense implies a temporary break in allegiance, since it does not allow subjects to depose the king, but merely to claim his property in order to resolve a conflict.

Clause 61, aka "the clase for securing the peace", allows the barons to elect 25 representatives from their number to form a committee to oversee royal policy. If the king or his representatives breaks his promises to the people (laid out in the rest of Magna Carta) and word of this reaches 4 of the 25 elected barons, these barons have the right to complain. If the king or his representatives do nothing to resolve the issue within 40 days of receiving notification:

"...the four barons shall refer the matter to the rest of the twenty-five barons, who may distrain upon and assail us in every way possible, with the support of the whole community of the land, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, or anything else saving only our own person and those of the queen and our children, until they have secured such redress as they have determined upon. Having secured the redress, they may then resume their normal obedience to us."

In other words, the barons have the right to seize whatever royal property that they judge fit to resolve the matter, without harming the king, the queen, or their children. Once the issue is resolved, the barons should return to their place as subjects, and the king maintains his authority.

Catholicism came first. The word 'Catholic' means 'universal', 'including all Christians or all of Western Church'. Catholics were the first Christians. Roman Catholic Church (in Vatican) is the first official Christian Church. Catholicism came from Judaism and by AD 394 Christianity became the official religion of the Roman empire. It is after the Reformation during the 16 th century that Roman Catholicism split and had 2 other branches - Protestantism and Orthodoxy . Roman Catholicism, Protestanism and Orthodoxy are the three major branches or denominations of Christianity. These three major branches and some 'Other' Christians are together known as Christianity. So if you are a Catholic that means you are a Christian. When you introduce yourself it is more easy for others to understand and more comfortable for you when you say ' I am a Christian' or 'I am a Christian - Catholic' than 'I am a Catholic'.
