Well you can look beautiful in every age as long as you take care of yourself and you love yourself. Eat healthy. Eat many fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water. You will see dramatic change to your skin and hair. If you smoke stop smoking. If you eat junk food you are only damaging yourself. Exercise more. By that i don't mean that you should start the gym, but start walking more you will feel much better. Buy new clothes, change your haircut and go for holidays. Always use facial cream and wash your face every night before sleep. I am sure with all these you will look and feel much more beautiful and fresh!

most children are pretty, but not all adults so it makes ya think.
maybe you should use sunblock, i use it every day, summer and winter, and my skin is in really good condition and i look younger than many of my friends (this may be in part down to good genetics). most lines/wrinkles on the skin are caused by damage from the suns rays. please protect your skin!! use a good cleanser, toner and moisturiser day and night, these dont have to cost too much, shops own brand is bettre than nothing, and olay do some good affordable creams. keep your skin cleansed and out of the suns harmful rays. if you MUST have a tan, get it from a bottle. junk food will not help your skin but will not cause as much harm as sun damage. a good diet will surely help your skin and make you feel better generally about yourself. best wishes x
