Wouldn't you rather go there in person and check out the environment??? Most employers would like to see the applicants and being there in person will show some motivation on your part. The internet is great for many things but online applications aren't one of them. I would never sign up online for insurance, job, and anything that affects my life or finances. There are alot of scams out there with online websites. Would you really trust putting personal data out there online???

The first link is to their career center. The second is to their profile section. You can enter information about yourself online, and a recruiter will contact you.

I couldn't find a specific employment application however.

I don't think Starbucks does their employment processes online. You have to go into the store to get an application.

Its on the website. Follow these links:
In the middle of the front page there is a header that says "Carreer Center", there is a link in that little blurb.
Job Opprotunities in bottom right corner.
"download" link in third paragraph.
