He's just going through a rough phase. You should probably leave it alone and let him sort it out himself. He's not gonna be like this forever. Just wait it out a few years or more, he'll find a way to overcome this condition. It'll just take some time and a lil patience.

Hi, I think that is always good to speak with him openly, and try to make him do things the nice way. Propose to divide tasks around the house, take a part time maid twice a week just to help you and him out.
Is very important that you solve this problem now, because if the time goes by this way, it will affect your relationship and your marriage.
Good luck

I like Nuno's idea. I wasn't working nor that busy so I did it all. Then I began working right along side him at the same job and when we came home, he still expected me to do it all. NEWSFLASH! I had to do exactly what Nuno said and also say to him that since we both work the same job, we can equally share duties at home. Now he grocery shops, does his own laundry and runs errands.

How about you cooking for youself & the kids only, do only your laundry. That might make him realize that he must start to help. Or you can demand money from HIS paycheck for a cleaning lady.

Take only a couple things that REALLY stress you out and distribute them between your hubby and the kids. See how that helps.

stop doing items that affect him.....cooking, his laundry, buying his shampoo, foods he likes, etc.
when he says HEY....WHAT GIVES??
say exactly....you can't help me....I can't help you....tit for tat.
then say.....want to clean up and do a few errands or change mom's diaper and feed her? watch him warm up the car in under 6 seconds flat.

Don't do his laundry, don't pick up his clothes, don't cook his meals, etc.
