I have PCOS and recently just had my period for the third time this year. Yea Me!! But was wondering if anyone else has had cramping or anything similar while ovulating? My old doc told me it is nothing unusual but wondering if anyone else has ever had that?

Yes, some women feel ovulation some months and others don't feel it at all. I'm thinking that the eggs maybe vary in size, which is why it is felt some months and not others.

I have PCOS and I often have a knifelike pain in the ovulating ovary(not that it has a thing to do with PCOS) it is one of the many joys of being female.
