Be as normal and as comphy as you can be. Remember, if ya suck it in for the measurement...whatever it is you are being measured for to wear...you will be suckin it in to wear it.
Just relax...

You just stand up straight and breath normally. If you have someone else that can take the measurements for you, that is even better. HTH.

keep relaxed when you measure or you won't get a proper fit. i took a fashion design class in school and the people who didn't stand in a relaxed position got a horible fit when they made their bodice. if you don't kid yourself and get a right fit for clothing you can look better than if you get something that is oversizeed or too small.

depends on how secure you are with yourself...you are supposed to relax to measure

stand normally, but don't jut your stomach out.
