Well Paul Bearer is not the father of the Undertaker only Kane. The storyline behind it is that Paul Bearer had an affair with Undertaker an Kane's mother thus producing Kane. When Kane and Taker were children, Undertaker burned down their family business and house killing their parents and leaving Kane burned. Kane spent the rest of his childhood is different foster home some good and some not so good. Kane also is supposed to have some kind genetic dieases that make him not feel any kind of pain. When Kane was all grown up he found his brother the Undertaker who he thought was killed in the fire. Before Kane could get to Undertaker Paul Bearer told Kane that he was really his father and that Taker was the one who set the fire that killed Kane's mother and Takers father. I know this is alot of information but if you want to read about this you should read Kane book
p.s. the following information is all fictional. this was made up as a storyline of the WWE. Kane's real name is Glen Jacobs and Taker real name is Mark Callaway

No he isnt he is Mark aka the undertaker's uncle by marriage and Kane is a only child
