If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

The side effects can be morning sickness, hurting back, hurting feet, not being able to eat or even look at food or smell it without getting sick and being sleepy.

Some people really never get side effects at all, it vaires. Threwout my whole pregnancy I had morning sickness once which when I was about 3 months and that was it and then when I got to about 30 weeks I sarted sleeping a lot.

5 months for me i had no idea i was pregnant. In the 5th month i ate some pickles and some peaches together. One of my friends said to me YOU BETTER TAKE A PREG TEST YOU ARE PREGNANT. of course i said no i ain't well i was. After i found out i was my husband had all the symptoms the throwing up and the nausea NOT me i was free and clear of any symptoms. Except the cravings of fruits.

the reason why i could not go by missing my period was bc i was already irregular one month i would and anther i would not have it so that is why it took me so long to find out plus i had no other symptoms

I started to feel pregnant after one month, the worst sickness at 2-4 months, and tired up until this very second.

The symptoms are different from person to person, and from pregnancy. I didn't experience much morning sickness, or achiness or anything. I did't find out I was pg until around 3 months, and was in denial until my first appointment because of that :P So it all depends.

I started to feel sick at 4 weeks and I had migraines at 9 weeks. I got nausea, headaches, back pain, heartburn and a bloated feeling. Most of it should pass by the end of your 1st trimester. Good luck and congrats!

Approximately a week after the conception I was already experiencing mood swings and shortly after that I had shortness of breath, frequent visits to the bathroom and of course the most visible sympthom - a lack of AF.
