All Filipinos ate rice at one point in time of their lives. Majority still do, the ones that left the country probably don't eat as much rice as they used to. There are some that barely eat rice coz they can't afford it, there are also a lot of Filipinos that eat corn.

One of the major crops in the Philippines is rice. This is mostly due to its climate. That is why rice is such a staple food in the Philippines. People of all classes can eat it since its pretty cheap and filling. And seriious, if there is a filipino who hasn't eaten rice then they can't really be considered filipino.
