A turkey stuffed with chopped celery, celantro, onions, and chopped apples and nuts. Mashed potatoes and gravy made from some of the turkey skin. Salad of cabbage, lettuce, French dressing, and sesame and sunflower seeds. And finally, a pumpkin pie. A hot cocoa for a drink.

Sounds pretty good, but I don't like French dressing, so can you offer another? Also, I've made gravy from the turkey drippings and my Mom used to make it from cooking the turkey neck and giblets (yech), but I've never heard of using the turkey skin...just wondering...and one last thing, throw in a green vegetable too, you can never eat too many green vegetables.

Hold the French dressing & substitute for the pumpkin pie with apple or blueberry (topped with real whipped cream, don't know how they can stomach cool whip!).

Mmmm, sounds like a great dinner to me. Now you have me thinking of Thanksgiving, but what about the Cranberry Sauce? And I will have water with my meal. :)
