Excellent question.
But you might need separate answer depending on which culture you come from.
In a western culture, this is not mandatory for a marriage and methods could vary. I am not familiar with that culture
In eastern cultures (Example Indian), it could be different.
One of the methods, is you would get atleast access to your spouse before marriage,for atleast going out together
a) A completely virgin girl, would be ultra-sensitive. For example to even a touch in her senstive areas, or a light kiss. A girl who has undergone it once, woudn't be that sensitive. You need to watch out for reaction and try this a number of times
b) A completely virigin girl, would never take the lead, unless she is very close with the guy, unlikely to happen if you had just known the girl. Whereas a girl who has had it will most likely take the lead in initiating a physical touch and foreplay
c) I think it is important to directly ask her and watch for the reaction. A girl who is a virgin, will say yes directly or might
be indignant (In which case you have to be prepared to explain
it to her your conviction in knowing the information and if required
A girl who is not
c.1) might feign ignorance about the topic to avoid answering you
or
c.2) might accept and confront you
c.3) In some cases, to save the marriage might blatantly lie
c.4) intelligent ones will first ask you whether you intend to act
on the info before answering it, putting you in a piquant position. You will have to figure out a way to avoid giving a commitment and still get the answer you want

Are you marrying this person because you love them and want to spend your life with them or for their cherry?
Are you a virgin? Does it really matter that much to you?
If it is important for religious reasons then I guess about all you can do is ask them....and if they tell you they are then I guess you will have to believe them....since marriage is built on trust is it not?

Ask her, if she denies she is probably lying, or slide your rod into her and if it is bloody, she is a true virgin, first penetration usually breaks the nodes, but at the same time she could be using vibrators and toys...so only her really knows the true answer, woops me too sorry.

If your planning on marring this person I would think that you would trust them to tell the truth when you ask them a question, but does it really matter if he/she is or not. What's the point in knowing something like that anyway?
