The British give dual citizenship, so if you were born in Britain with one parent British and the other not and now have citizenship in another country, you are A PERSON WITH DUAL CITIZENSHIP. I don't know of and cannot find any other term for someone who is half British.

When the British Nationality Act 1948 came into effect on January 1, 1949, citizens of the United Kingdom who subsequently became naturalized citizens of other countries no longer automatically lost their British nationality. Since that date, citizens of the United Kingdom who became naturalised citizens of a foreign state have retained their status as British subjects

Depends on where they call home. If they live in Britain, all the Brits probably call them a Canuck; if they live in Canada all the Canucks probably call them a Brit.
If they lived in Iceland, they'd be halfway in between, their accent wouldn't matter and they'd be called an outlander (utlendingur).
Whatever country you are a citizen of, use that name and be proud of it !!!!!
