Run and work out everyday and try to stay away from the sweets! lol

SWIM!!!! I am on a swim team and this summer I lost 9 pounds in a little more than a week!!! And try not to eat too much. Dont starve yourself but don't eat more than you absolutely need. You have to push yourself hard when you are swimming (i had a coach that helped) and sprint A LOT!

More running and less eating has helped for millions. If that doesnt work play tennis on playstation.

if you're an ITF player, don't you have a team behind you to help your exercise?? Doesn't your coach help you with nutrition??

You should hook up with the ranked junior one question ahead of you. He is to short and you are to fat. You two can play doubles.

u cant waist your weight in one or two weeks, it will be returnable and its too danger!! u should waist it maybe in one or two month. i think the best way go to a dietitian...
do more exercise and eat less! this is the best way to lose your weight!!

High Protein and Low carb........white meat only (pork and fowl)for 2 weeks....no bread or rice or potatoe......no veggie......run....run....run.....water.....water.....water....no soft drinks no tea or coffee of any kind......sauna.....sauna....sauna.......
will have you down 10kg very quickly.... about 1 week....did it for me.......
