can i rent a car in nj if im 20?

i want to rent a caar for a few days as my car brook down, im only 20 and most paople require you to be 24 or 21. do any one know any rentals that will rent to a 20 year old?? i have a clean driving record and am willing to pay extra..

Call the car rental company and ask. They probably have an 800 number.
