Knowns:
X + Y = 0 - Z
X = Y

From top equation:
X + Y + Z = 0

So based on second equation above (X = Y or Y = X)
X + X + Z = 0
2X + Z = 0
2X = - Z

Solve for X:
X = - (Z / 2)

The same goes for Y. Solve for Y:
Y = - (Z / 2)

Check:
- (Z / 2) + - (Z / 2) + Z = 0 ?
0 = 0

Yes! The solution is correct.
