There is no direct buses from Thiruvanmiyur to Airport.
You will have to go to guindy and then move to airport.
There are two options:
1. Get a M49 and go to guindy , catch M21 and get down at
Airport.
2. Take a Moffisul bus (buses that go to other towns like tirchy etc; they will charge around Rs.6) , get down at guindy and then catch M21.

21G is a straight bus route or 21PP, or else get down in Guindy Bus stop and go via a trian to Thirusulam Railway or, Catch out the 18 series bus route like 18a, 18b.....

U could go to Adyar and take 21G or PP21 it goes to airport.
