My kids are 13 and 23. Both healthy, happy, well adjusted and I think 6 months is a little early to serve meat. CONGRATS that you're still breastfeeding! Fruits, veggies, cereals, breastmilk sounds like the perfect 6 month old baby diet to me. Don't worry about adding meat until around a year old. good luck.

my daughter will be 3 in december, and still to this day hates meat. she didn't like any of the baby food meats, and i thought she was gonna puke when i tried the gerber meat sticks. the only thing we can get her to eat is fish sticks and chicken nuggets. other than that its all about fruit and yogurts and cereal and a few other variations i throw in. i was told by an occupational therapist for children, that most little kids dislike meat. as long as they get the fruits and veggies i wouldn't worry.

There is this great baby food cookbook called FEED ME I'M YOURS!(Vicki Lansky ) It has simple and tasty options for baby food, it's not hard to make at all, heaps cheaper too. You can make a months worth in about 3 hours and freeze it for daily use. I used this on all 3 of my kids 4 nephews and 6 OP(other peoples) kids , and I give it to everyone I know as a shower present. It is always a big hit-even if it's a bit later ;). Bottled baby food is kind of watery tasting and home made has a fuller taste. Every kid I know who has eaten home made baby food is a hearty eater.

Make some study for recipes, you do not ought to devour faux meat and tofu. Beans and lentils are frequently lower priced you are able to purchase them in bulk they contain diverse protein. deliver at the same time all the information and performance them on paper till now you attempt to communicate over with them back. Vegetarian nutrients might want to be less expensive than nutrients featuring meat. in case you nonetheless will devour/milk you do not ought to pressure now to not get adequate nutrition yet in case you go vegan you may want to be particular that you receives diet B12 a supplement might want to be needed.

My daughter hated the meat so I mixed it with the veggies and she ate it fine. She is 19 months now and still hates meat, I just assumed it was the texture of it.

My daughter refused to eat green stuff, any green stuff. Try giving her pork. Most babies and children love pork for some reason. Yes it is very normal. My daughter who is now 6 still wont eat anything green, even green jello. My pediatrician said just to keep offering and eventually she will try it and eat.

Both of my children refused to eat the baby food meat, I didn't try very much, did you smell it it made me sick.. I used to put boiled chicken in my food processor in puree w/ a bit of broth, they loved that.
