Does anyone, a lawyer possibly, have any specific knowledge of this law. Can you post a link or do you know the article #?

No, They are confusing the two way mirror theory with the small signs that say these dressing rooms are monitored. Two way mirrors would be a gross invasion of privacy and unlawful, especially if a male were watching a female etc. If you look at most fitting rooms the mirrors are not on walls that could be watched through. Monitoring means a clerk will be watching and checking in on you.

Whether they want to be approached, or left alone is usually the difference between approachable and not approachable. Anybody could be approached in a hypothetical situation, not all situations are hypothetical though. Most people pick up on when somebody wants to be left alone, and when they feel like approaching people, they usually let people know by approaching people.

Boy I sure hope not! I don't even want to see my self get undressed, much less let anyone else see. If they do, I don't want to know, I'd never try on clothes again.

Yes, it is true. Women watch the women's dressing rooms and men watch the men's. They catch shoplifters that way.

they aren't allowed to do it. from what i understand if you put your finger right on the mirror and you see the reflection touching your finger then it's safe. if you don't feel comfy hold on to your receipt and ask what the return policy is.
