It is possible that new pads are needed. Lots of times, new pads are put on without the rotors getting turned of which leads to squeaky brakes.
Look at your brake pads and see how much pad you have left. If they are not easy to find or look at, go get the tires rotated at a reputable dealer and ask them to look at your pads.
It is possible they r new without the rotors being turned.
However, brake pads are cheap about $12 each, the rotors turned about $12 each. the real charge is getting them put on.
That is not bad either about $60 for front or back. Most of the time it is the front ones needed.

I can't figure out what's wrong with my squeaky brakes either! I've changed the brake pads and its still doing it. I think my dad said something about the drive train being messed up. Maybe that could be your problem as well.

Take it somewhere to have them checked. Most likely either there is brake dust on the pads that need to be cleaned off, or they just need to be replaced. Take it somewhere reputable, not just any mom & pop mechanic shop.

for a quick fix you can go to most local automotive stores and pick up a can of anti-squeak spray.
