I still prefer IE over mozilla. FF asks for too many plug ins, and half the time the plug ins wont install. Mozilla is horrible at playing videos. I was trying to watch a video on AOL.com and it would not even let me download the plug in. There are so many other reasons why Mozilla is not that great but i just dont feel like listin them all.

heh, but i can inject some active x into your IE and screw your whole system up, you just cant do that with FF. As far as the plugins and such, its not that haed to get, you just have to have a little common sense and patience.
And by the way, list why mozilla aint that great, and I can rebute anything you come up with. IE has an astounding 3000 to 4000 exploits, errors, vulnerabilities and the like as compared to FF which has a mere 87. FF is safer, faster and better, BAR-NONE.

Ever considering the fact that Firefox 3 got here out, it incredibly is been the lead browser interior the full background of the cyber web. (nicely, cyber web Explorer continues to be the main nicely-favourite) a million. I even have used Opera and no, it incredibly is not any longer the quickest cyber web browser. It a lot photos sluggish, and it has that extraordinary jap flag (the white container with the pink circle) previously completely loading up the image. I hate that. It would not use that little reminiscence. considering the fact that FF3 got here out, the reminiscence utilization has decreased by capacity of tons. Firefox has far extra helpful properties, with the extra upload-ons which will actually make it the terrific browser obtainable. 2. Firefox makes use of much less reminiscence. it is likewise quicker. 3. Opera isn't besides-favourite as Firefox, so as that must be the explanation why they do no longer use it. additionally using fact Firefox IS the wonderful browser, no longer Opera. (No offense.) 4. Uh, sorry. i do no longer understand the question. i'm in basic terms 13 5. No comprendooo. even nevertheless all the questions I spoke back (3/5; :P) seem siding with Firefox, which replaced into the factor, i'm conversing as a impartial prevalent cyber web surfer.

IE,...

Most sites are Built around IE

IE has more compatiblity.

If your wondering how things got like this, it is because IE was Stable and always free,.. where as all the other current popular Browsers have gone through periods of Pay to Use Only or not existing.

How Not Exsisting. Some Web Services and Web Browsers would exsist for a year, then their website/services/companies would vanish for over a year. I know of some that disppeared for 3-10 years.

This instablity ticks off people like me who have been on "The New Internet" for over a decade now and remember well the times they decided to or suddenly did these annoying things.

Why there are alot of loading problems with other web browsers is because IE is compatible Automaticly these days, without downloading special add-ons,.. all the IE stuff is made highest priority on Sites and Pages for so many reasons I don't feel like listing (plus I had an accident a couple days ago so I am in pain when I try to be online like this since I am not with a computer chair and messed up from this little thing on top of car accidents). So then think the second and third priority Web Browsers (after IE stuff fully loads and is rejected by your browser) may be Netscape and AOL. Graphics businesses have Netscape as their default Web Browser,.. don't ask me why... I guess management likes it. The Graphics Businesses and Major Businesses control what happens,.. so.. Anyways,.. I knwo of Web Browsers not even covered. After all those stuff fails to load, your Web Browser might already be actting up so it doesn't matter if it tries to load properly.

Now after all that,.. people are mostly unaware there are viruses and Ware aimed specificly at attacking FF and Moz. People have figured out people are switching to that and Viruses and such already exsisted,.. so this is on a rise,.. but since everyone feels so safe and the Web Browsers aren't use to the pressure and money IE gets, they do not catch this stuff and do not update their Browsers fast or well enough. So right now you may be infected and everyone feels like denying it. If anyone in the Tech filled is aware, they don't want you to know either because then they get to be turned to for special cases and get more money.

This is what you shoudl think about then for Virses and Ware,.. people may tell you of a grouping with only IE or FF effected, 90% is aimed at IE,.. 10% at FF. Well IE's latest update will already have most covered for IE, plus many of the rest will be like the others and blocked too,.. you end up with protection better then Birth Control. Whereas FF may have 10% of what effects it blocked out by now in latest update at most. So 9% of 100% is more problems then .8% of 100%.

That has to be hard to follow. Oh well. Hope people can follow this enough without beign all protective and hideing from anything being able to hurt them.

Microsoft Says Recovery from Malware Becoming Impossible
In a rare discussion about the severity of the Windows malware scourge, a Microsoft security official said businesses should consider investing in an automated process to wipe hard drives and reinstall operating systems as a practical way to recover from malware infestation."When you are dealing with rootkits and some advanced spyware programs, the only solution is to rebuild from scratch. In some cases, there really is no way to recover without nuking the systems from orbit," Mike Danseglio, program manager in the Security Solutions group at Microsoft, said in a presentation at the InfoSec World conference

The only thing is, is that it is very easy to steal your ID when you use IE. Microsoft has known this for ages, but for some odd reason, they haven't fixed it yet!

Check out this demonstration test
http://secunia.com/Internet_Explorer_Arbitrary_Content_Disclosure_Vulnerability_Test/

You can try this test on a public computer if you don't trust the link. But there is no need to worry, its just a demonstration test that will tell you that your browser is vulnerable. Try the test with IE6 as well as with IE7, then try it with Firefox and Opera. Last time I checked, IE7 still failed! But I have a feeling Microsoft actually might be fixing it soon to avoid the embarrassment with their new browser.

No comparison. In the last 2 years of using firefox, I have had almost no popups, spyware...and only one freeze up.

I love firefox. The new version is a bit quirky, but I assume there are good fixes.

Firefox kicks royal asss!

Firefox is faster, blocks popups, and most malware is made to exploit holes in Explorer.
