part of this time is the era of Progressiveism. this is the time where factories really became powerful all over the country. this is also a time when women were begining to realize that they needed to have equal rights. definitly...during those time periods you had the african-americans coming over by the thousands and then ellis island had its doors wide open...thoes years were all about immigration and diversity
