Great vacations on a budget? Fall/Winter?

Not skiing destinations...I already know where to go to ski.
A warm sunny beach would be nice!

you should go to central america i would highly recommend el salvador or belize they are both tropical and its beautiful i heard el salvador has the best beaches in central america because i guess they is not like beaches were you walk in and it gets deep right away and the rocks hurt your feet i heard you can walk really far in and that the waves are the best surfing waves in central america you should try it out im moving there in december its too beautiful...
