I have a laptop acer aspire 5600. WHEN I THE WIRLESS ICON CONNECT TO MY INTERNET AT STARTUP AND AFTER FEW MIN THAT DISCONNECT AND STARTS MY NEIGNBOR. THE ROUTER IS WEP.

click on the properties on the network for your wifi
thin click on advance
un click (automatically connect to non-preferred network)

this is what i understand from your question

if its connecting to any other wlan than it must be insecure network,

you can select your network as an automatically connect to avoid connection of any other network.
