It's just a storyline.
They are still under TNA contract, and have no interest in leaving.
Remember...TNA is taped, so they wouln't allow the skit with The James Gang leaving to be broadcast unless it was part of a storyline. If it was legitimate, they would simply edit the segment from the tv show.
I can assure you, they are DEFINATELY not leaving TNA at this time.
