A Toshiba Gigabeat MEG-F40S (40GB, Silver) or a Creative Zen Sleek Photo (20GB)?

my answer may be biased, because i own a gigabeat, and i love it. so much room, and all the extra features. not many people i know have zen players, and there is probably a reason for that. in your comparison, the gigabeat has more space for everything, and it can do photos as well. i prefer the gigabeat.

and maybe it does encrypt the music, but so what? it just keep you from sharing files without having the original source. if you have the original CD or original files, you have no problems.

(and you can use the gigabeat as just a huge portable hard drive, put some MP3 files on it with windows explorer, and then transfer them to a new computer, if you want to transfer music like that)
