Malkin seems to be the Mario. Sid seems to be the Wayne. Now can you imagine if Mario were still on this team? Even though he would be 41, he has the hockey sense that only these 2 have. This team is the most exciting team to ever watch. Just wait til Stall gets a couple years in him and Welch and Whitney get more time. We are 2 trades away from being Stanley Cup Favourites.

No. Everyone will be looking at Crosby because he was dubbed "The Next One". Malkin will be really great. He can score highlight reel goals but the attention will still be on Crosby.

keep in mind Malkin is older then crosby and had been playing with pro's 2 years more then Crosby.

I doubt it. The tv announcers cant a game without saying something about crosby. As long as crosby is playing. He will get more than enough attention.

I don't like either but I don't think Malkin will do that. Crosby is a pretty good player.

Malkin is the next Gretzky and crosby is the next the Lemieux. The two are both some of the greatest young players in the game today.

it wont be about points in the long run, it'll be more about malkin not doing something selfish like holding out for more or demanding a trade.
