1 6-ounce can of Tuna, drained
2-3 Tablespoons of Mayo (the real stuff)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 - 2 Tablespoons of grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Stir well and serve on wheat bread, lightly toasted.

I include mustard, relish, hot sauce, onion powder, pepper, no cucmbers, definitely mayo, mixing your ingredients with the mayo like the pepper, onion powder, mustard and hot sauce makes the flavor even better. My sister taught me that secret and I have been using it ever since.
