21st - ended prohibition
22nd - president can only serve 2 terms
23rd - washington DC gets seats in the electoral college
24th - civil rights (poll taxes are illegal, etc.)
25th - presidential succession (what happens if the president gets sick, etc.)
26th - voting age lowered to 18
27th - some issue about how much congressmen get paid

i thought there were only 26, but i dont know em, they might have passed one sinse the old history books i use 2 read in school though
