You should contact your family practitioner. They will probably take some blood tests and check for diabetes. You may have a problem with you thyroid, too. I wouldn't wait. Make your appointment tomorrow! Be sure to FAST (not eat or drink anything) after midnight tonight. They need an accurate test and fasting is the best way to get the best reading. Call and tell the receptionist you need to see the doctor immediately

You probably have a lot of built up waste in your colon. Take 6-7 fiber capsules every night before bed with a large glass of water for a couple weeks and I garuntee that weight will go away. Since you have been working out, your body is using water normaly used for digestion to "feed" you muscles. Basically, its probably just a bunch of food and waste that can't get out of your body. Or you may want to take another pregnancy test, but doubt you would gain 10 lbs so quickly being pregnant. You can also try eating raisen bran for a snack, or breakfast for a few days. You'll feel better with both these methods.

With this drastic of weight gain its best to see your doctor. Sorry if that worries you, but it could be a symptom of many things. All diseases are more easily treated the more quickly they are detected. Good Luck, and I hope you are okay.
