What i mean by Asian Entertainment forum is:
Forums that focus on talking about asian music, dramas, movies, etc, there's a lot of examples, on is drama wiki's forum - http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/ and another would be http://z9.invisionfree.com/bww2/index.php? bww2's

4)Skin matches well, but i would move shout box lower and/or make forums more obvious.
Also move to free host (and not invisonboard).

I don't know what you mean by asian entertainment, so i can't help you here. looked at your forum tho... or at least the page, and it looks pretty good. easy to read and navigate so not bad.
